The univariate analysis of Cox model showed that first diagnosis older than 60 years, IPI ≥ 3, ECOG ≥ 3, stage III-IV, B symptoms, bone marrow involvement, decreased albumin, EBV infection, Extra-nodal > 1, LY(× 109/L) < 0.8, MONO(× 109/L) > 1, PLT(× 109/L) < 83, elevated LDH, elevated β2-MG, LMR ≤ 1.68 and PMR ≤ 300 were prognostic indicators of OS (Table 3).
