KEGG enrichment showed that in PNT1A cells, Menin significantly (p = 4.8E–08) regulates 12 microRNAs (MIR1-2; MIR133a-1; MIR155; MIR15a; MIR16-1; MIR29a; MIR29b-1; MIR30a; MIR30d; let-7a-1; let-7d; let-7f-1), widely shown to function as tumor suppressors in PC [21–24] (Fig. 5B, Table S9).
