Since ~60% of all human tumours are wild type TP53, and preclinical data suggest that CLs with mutated TP53 are more resistant to MI-773 than wild type TP5324, it is of particular interest to explore the therapeutic potential of the compound in a large number of haematological and solid tumours with both wild type and mutated TP53. These data prompted us to explore the therapeutic potential of MI-773 in depth. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and neoplasm.
