Our data showed that there were significantly higher compositions of B cells naïve, T cells CD8, T cells CD4 memory resting, T cells follicular helper, T cells regulatory (Tregs), T cells gamma delta, NK cells resting, NK cells activated, macrophages M0, macrophages M2, dendritic cells resting, dendritic cells activated and mast cells resting in hepatoblastoma compared to normal tissue specimens (Fig. 8C). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and hepatoblastoma.
