AFP and neoplasm: According to the association study between MSI-H in tissues with the studied parameters, it was found that there is a significant association with the following parameters, low albumin (P. value <0.001), high level of AFP (P. value <0.01), higher number of masses (P. value <0.01), larger tumor size (P. value =0.04), advanced tumor grade II (P. value =0.04) and grade III (P. value <0.01), solid pattern (P. value =0.02) and acinar/solid pattern (P. value =0.04), HAI A1 (P. value <0.01), Splenomegaly (P. value =0.03), and in patients with lower limb edema (P. value =0.04) (Table 7).
