To predict the transformation into another disease, logistic regression was applied using Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis; If CD34+CD38- is ˃0.25 before the treatment, the patient will be transformed to another disease as it is less than that the patient is in chronic phase CML; after the treatment; If CD34+CD38-is ˃0.09, the patient is transformed to AML; If less, the patient was still in the same phase of CML, and this allowed us to consider CD34+CD38- as a diagnostic tool to predict transformed patients (Table 5).
