Combined with the results of genetic testing, primary glioma cells with MGMT non‐methylation (which predicts insensitivity to chemotherapy40, 41), 1p/19q heterozygous non‐co‐deletion, and IDH‐1/2 wild type (which indicate a poor clinical prognosis42, 43) are all sensitive to TEFT. This evidence concerns the gene IDH1 and central nervous system cancer.
