ASB16 and cutaneous melanoma: The expanded sample analysis results of the SangeBox analysis platform showed that after combining with the GTEx non-cancer tissue database, ASB16-AS1 was differentially expressed in 22 cancer types, of which 20 cancer types were highly expressed: BLCA, BRCA, CHOL, COAD, ESCA, GBM, HNSC, KIRC, KIRP, acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), brain lower grade glioma (LGG), LIHC, LUAD, LUSC, pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), READ, skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), STAD, testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), thyroid carcinoma (THCA).
