The expanded sample analysis results of the SangeBox analysis platform showed that after combining with the GTEx non-cancer tissue database, ASB16-AS1 was differentially expressed in 22 cancer types, of which 20 cancer types were highly expressed: BLCA, BRCA, CHOL, COAD, ESCA, GBM, HNSC, KIRC, KIRP, acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), brain lower grade glioma (LGG), LIHC, LUAD, LUSC, pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), READ, skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), STAD, testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), thyroid carcinoma (THCA). The gene discussed is ASB16; the disease is cancer.
