At the same time, we established a 6‐week CUMS depression model in mice and found that the weight and serum BDNF of CUMS mice decreased, increased depressive‐like behavior, reduced the use of sucrose, and prolonged the immobility time of TST and FST, indicating that the mouse depression model was successfully established and laid a foundation for further research. Here, BDNF is linked to depressive symptom measurement.
