The increase of proinflammatory cytokines/chemokines is directly involved in the pathophysiological process of stress‐related mental disorders (especially MDD), such as IL‐17A, IL‐1β, TNF‐α, etc.7, 8and lead to the decrease of BDNF and 5‐HT levels.
