CD8A and neoplasm: Within the present study, the most abundant cell populations in the ascitic fluid of tumor‐bearing mice were B cells (27.3.6% ± 9.6%), CD8+ T cells (38.5% ± 4.5%), and CD4+ T cells (20.7% ± 3.5%), with myeloid immune cells, including monocytes, macrophages, DCs, eosinophils, and neutrophils accounting for the remaining 15% of the total cell population.
