Notably, we found that in 270 prostate cancer patients whose prostate‐specific antigen (PSA) ≤ 10, patients who carried the RAGE SNPs rs2070600 ‘GA’ genotype (AOR = 0.304, 95% CI = 0.164–0.563; p < 0.001) and ‘GA + AA’ polymorphic variants (AOR = 0.375, 95% CI = 0.214–0.657; p = 0.001) were associated with lower risk to develop grade group upgrade, respectively (Table 3).
