USP2 and cancer: In support, analysis of the TCGA database showed that the expression levels of c-Myc and USP2-AS1 are indeed positively correlated in different types of cancers, including colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), breast-invasive carcinoma (BRCA), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) (Fig. 2C and Supplementary Fig. S3A–D).
