MYC and neoplasm: Accompanying the accelerated tumor growth by c-Myc overexpression, expression levels of both USP2-AS1 and E2F1 were elevated in xenografts generated from c-Myc-overexpresed HCT116 cells (Fig. 7K and Supplementary Fig. S8D), indicating that c-Myc may promote tumor growth via USP2-AS1.
