Our data demonstrated that tumor tissues contained significantly lower mRNA levels of FUT3 (2.3 fold), FUT4 (2.7 fold), FUT5 (5.9 fold), FUT6 (3.0 fold), FUT8 (2.0 fold), and FUCA1 (2.6 fold) as compared to adjacent normal tissues (Figure 1). The gene discussed is FUT3; the disease is neoplasm.
