Genes such as Cx3cr1 or Tyrobp, previously identified as part of the AD-UP signature, were partially downregulated in bendroflumethiazide-treated AppNL-G-F mice compared with vehicle-treated mice (Fig. 5d and Fig. 5e), suggesting that this drug may inhibit microglia activation.
