RNF220 and acute myeloid leukemia: We first found that circRNF220 expression was consistently and significantly increased in patients with almost all AML subtypes (except M6/M7) compared with healthy controls (Fig. 3A), while its host gene RNF220 was not (Supplementary Fig S1C), although there was a weak correlation between the expression levels of circRNF220 and RNF220 (Supplementary Fig S1D).
