We note that the relationship between ATF4 and DDIT3, while not consistently perturbed—ATF4 and DDIT3 co‐expression was only significantly perturbed in 5 tumor types (Fig EV4, EV5; UCEC, THYM, THCA, BRCA, and HNSC, respectively)—was also not preserved. The gene discussed is DDIT3; the disease is neoplasm.
