PLA2R1 and crescentic glomerulonephritis: Nine patients had high-titer autoantibodies (six with myeloperoxidase [MPO]-ANCA, two with proteinase 3 [PR3]-ANCA, and one with anti-phospholipase A2 receptor [PLA2R] antibody) and were diagnosed with crescentic glomerulonephritis (CrGN).
