(2020) found that exosomal LGALS9 in glioblastoma CSF suppressed dendritic cell antigen presentation and cytotoxic T-cell immunity, while blocking the secretion of exosomal LGALS9 could regain sustained tumor antigen-presenting activity of dendritic cells and long-lasting antitumor immunity.
