As the first study concentrating on ASXL2 and pancreatic cancer, our work suggested that ASXL2 expression is correlated with the OS among PAAD patients, several tumor-infiltrating immune cells, and the possible response to chemotherapy and immunotherapy, which highlight the prognostic and predictive value of ASXL2 in pancreatic cancer. This evidence concerns the gene ASXL2 and pancreatic neoplasm.
