IL2 and neoplasm: Besides, there are two methods for adoptive infusion of γδT cells: one is to collect peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from tumor patients, isolate γδT cells, use NBPs and IL-2 to amplify and activate them, and then return them to the patient, or in other words, the antitumor activity of γδT cells is used to treat tumors, while the second is to collect PBMC from tumor patients to isolate αβT cells, transfer TCRγδ DNA into αβT cells, and make αβT cells express TCRγδ, thus being amplified in vitro and then infused back to the patient [19].
