High risk score was associated with worse outcome, high frequency of TP53 mutation and EGFR amplification, and low frequency of HPV infection in HNSCC patients (Figures 6A, B), whereas TNF pattern A and TNF gene cluster A, which had better overall survival, showed a low risk score (Figures 6C–E). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
