Significantly increased levels of IFN-β, CCL2, IFN-γ, CCL3, CCL4, CCL5 and CXCL10 were observed in the lung tissue of influenza-infected Tpl2-/- mice compared to WT (Figures 2A–C, I–L); increased levels of IFN-β, IL-6 and IL-10 were observed in the air spaces of Tpl2-/- mice (Supplementary Figures 2H, K, N); and increased levels of IFN-γ were observed in the blood of Tpl2-/- mice at 7 dpi (Supplementary Figure 2C).
