Using the RNASeq data, we next determined the expression levels of C-type lectin receptors (Clrs), toll-like receptors (Tlrs), Nlrs, DNA sensors, and components of NF-κβ and MAPK-signaling pathways in wild-type and Nlrp3−/− mice infected with 1×104 CFUs of F. tularensis LVS on days 3 and 7 post-infection.
