Feng et al. reported that miR-155 promoted the proliferation, migration, and colony formation of MM cell lines (RPMI-8266 and U266) through in vitro interference experiments and demonstrated that miR-155 suppressed the expression of the tumor suppressor gene SOCS1, thereby regulating JAK/STAT signaling [21].
