Considering the potential anti‐tumor effects of cancer cell senescence, we also surveyed the CDK16 mRNA level in multiple senescence cells and found that CDK16 showed decreased expression in four senescent cell types, including human primary fibroblasts (BJ), human embryonic lung fibroblasts (WI38), HFF, and human embryonic lung fibroblasts (MRC_5; Fig.1F–I), based on their public RNA‐sequencing (RNA‐seq) datasets [61].
