We utilized the conditional Cbfb-MYH11 knock-in mouse model32,33 combined with a miR-126 floxed allele34 to determine the function and regulatory mechanism of miR-126 during inv(16)-induced AML development and evaluated the efficacy of targeting LSCs using miRisten, an anti-miR-126 oligonucleotide therapeutic.
