We observed a significant number of genes including Fabp7, Cbr2, Pla2g7, Pla2g4a, Pnpla2 and Acss1 were upregulated by an average fold of 2.7 in WT tumor, whereas transcription of Scd2, Fabp1, pla2g5, Mogat2, Hsd17b2, Hsd17b11 and Hsd17b13 genes displayed an average 2.4-fold decrease in tumor that lacks ChREBP globally. This evidence concerns the gene HSD17B2 and neoplasm.
