The ADAURA trial was a phase three clinical trial that randomized patients (1:1; random assignment was stratified by stage (IB vs. II vs. IIIA), type of EGFR mutation (exon 19 del vs. L858R), and race (Asian vs. non-Asian), no stratification based on adjuvant chemotherapy) with radically resected stage IB–IIIA NSCLC to receive adjuvant osimertinib at the dose of 80 mg/die up to 3 years vs. observation. Here, EGFR is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
