When affirmed from the tissues of the in vivo acute lung injury and gastritis models, the protein expression levels and phosphorylation of these factors (p50, p65, and FRA-1) were decreased in the tissues of the group injected orally with Pd-EE (100 mg/kg) more than in the tissues of the group induced only with LPS or HCl/EtOH. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and gastritis.
