FDFT1 and prostate carcinoma: The next step of our research project was to evaluate the cytotoxicity of the tested extracts derived from transgenic hairy roots of S. obtusifolia with overexpression of squalene synthase after MeJA treatment grown in a 10 L sprinkle bioreactor on three cancer cell lines (glioblastoma multiforme U87MG, human lung adenocarcinoma A549 and human prostate carcinoma DU-145).
