Scattered plots of RASSF5 or ADORA1 mRNA levels versus OIN1 levels, shown as RPKM values of our RNA-seq data of clinical ovarian cancer tissues, revealed that OIN1 had a tendency of negative correlation with RASSF5 (r = −0.49 and p = 0.06) and a significant negative correlation with ADORA1 (r = −0.63 and p = 0.01) (Figure 3C). This evidence concerns the gene ADORA1 and ovarian cancer.
