LOXL1 and renal cell carcinoma: LOXL1-AS1 was upregulated in cell lines and clinical samples of RCC; knockdown of LOXL1-AS1 elevated the rate of apoptosis, suppressed the proliferation and migration of RCC cells, enhanced the E-cadherin level, and reduced the levels of N-cadherin and MMP2, markers of EMT-MET transition.
