The results showed that 39 genes were involved in complement and coagulation cascades, chemokine signaling pathway, toll-like receptor signaling pathway, C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway, RIG-I-like receptor signaling pathway, cytosolic DNA-sensing pathway, IL-17 signaling pathway, Leukocyte transendothelial migration, intestinal immune network for IgA production, NOD-like receptor signaling pathway, which are all related to immune responses against infection. This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and infection.
