Recent studies have reported that the most frequent integration sites of HPV were in the MACROD2, MIPOL1/TTC6, TP63, ERBB2, KLF12, and RAD51B gene by next-generation sequencing (NGS) in 272 Cervical cancer patients from the BioRAIDs study [NCT02428842] [4]. The gene discussed is TP63; the disease is cervical carcinoma.
