The percentages of genetic alterations of APC, CTNNB1, and the top 10 upregulated CRC-associated genes in CRC were 69% for APC, 13% for CTNNB1, 8% for DPEP1, 7% for KRT80, 6% for FABP6, 7% for NKD2, 6% for FOXQ1, 8% for CEMIP, 8% for ETV4, 7% for TESC, 6% for FUT1, and 8% for GAS2, respectively (Figure 6A). The gene discussed is NKD2; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
