Regarding the female dogs, we sequenced 79 BC-related genes, and those with high number of variants shared by tumor fragments and plasma were GATA3 and mTOR (missense), SFRP1 (frameshift insertion), BRCA2 (multi hit), FOXC2, ATM, TGFBR3, and BRIP1 (missense and multi hit mutations). Here, FOXC2 is linked to breast cancer.
