In malignant lymphomas, mutations can influence the correct assembly of the cytoskeleton and thus the ability to migrate (e.g., ROCK1 mutation in Hodgkin lymphoma, RHOA mutations in AITL and DLBCL, and ACTB mutations in DLBCL) [3,28,29]. This evidence concerns the gene RHOA and angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma.
