JAK2 and pachyonychia congenita: Based on the evidence of the potency of Pacritinib against the WT-Jak2 in cell-based assays [137,138,139] and, specifically, in preclinical PC models (unpublished data), Pacritinib is currently being evaluated for safety and efficacy in a single-arm phase II trial (BLAST study) in patients with rising PSA after radical prostatectomy with PSA decline as the primary endpoint (NCT 04635059).
