Our analysis revealed that IL-23A is strongly correlated with the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, IL-1A, IL-1B, IL-13, IL-17A, CXCL-2, CXCL-3, CXCL-9, CCL-1, CCL-3, CCL-4, CCL-18, CSF-2, CSF-3, IFNG, TREM-1, and weak correlation with anti-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-10 and IL-27 expression in colon cancer (Figure 1D). The gene discussed is CXCL9; the disease is colonic neoplasm.
