In another cohort of patients, Drilon et al. reported 17,485 patients with a variety of advanced solid tumors, where NRG1 rearrangements were detected in 0.14% (3/2079) of NSCLC cases, specifically lung adenocarcinomas, 0.13% (1/791) of pancreatic adenocarcinomas and 0.04% (1/2703) of patients with ER+/HER2-positive breast cancer.
