Besides, the experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis susceptibility is regulated by AKT3. In this study, results showed that the promoter region PGL3-AKT3-cow-P2 (− 371 to − 1247) in cow and PGL3-AKT3-buffalo-P2 (− 371 to 969) in buffalo was highly active as compared with the other regions in cow and buffalo (Fig. 5 and Fig. 7). This evidence concerns the gene AKT3 and experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis.
