The muc2.1 gene also showed significantly increased (p = 0.015 and 0.0004) expressions by 1.67- and 1.80-fold at 33 and 100 μg/L group, respectively, together with obesity-related genes fgf2 (p = 0.012) and pomca (p = 0.0004) by 2.20- and 1.73-fold at the highest concentration group (100 μg/L), compared to control. Here, FGF2 is linked to obesity disorder.
