Upregulation of HOXD-AS1 expression in ovarian cancer (OC) competitively binds miR-608, an inhibitory miRNA of Fzd4, in vitro and in vivo, leading to high Fzd4 expression that correlates with ovarian cancer cell migration, invasion, and proliferation (Wang et al., 2018b). This evidence concerns the gene HAGLR and ovarian carcinoma.
