The results show that the presence of miR-3656 can significantly reduce the mRNA and protein levels of ACAP2 (Figure 5C, F), which confirmed our previous result, and that miR-3656 recovered the proliferation, migration and invasion capabilities of ESCC cell lines that were suppressed by high expression of ACAP2 (Figure 5I, L).
