We observed a significant increase in IRF7+ in the CIN II and CIN III groups compared to the Control group in the population of CD4+ and CD8+ cells in the IRF-7; IRF-7 + CD4+ (p = 0.0002); IRF-7 + CD8+ (p < 0.0001). This evidence concerns the gene IRF7 and uterine cervix carcinoma in situ.
