Notably, the expression levels of circGSK3B (Fig. 7c, R = 0.33, P = 0.013) or RORA (Fig. 7d, R = 0.35, P = 0.008) were negatively correlated with those of EZH2 in GC specimens, whereas the expression of circGSK3B was positively correlated with that of RORA (Fig. 7e, R = 0.46, P < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene RORA and gastric cancer.
