CYCS and Cachexia: These include measures of in vivo muscle function (strength and fatigue), exercise capacity testing, whole-body metabolism, additional indices of cachexia (inflammatory markers, food intake, muscle mass), additional measures of mitochondrial function (e.g. respirometry, markers of dynamics and biogenesis), measures of apoptosis (e.g. investigation of the subcellular localization of cytochrome c) and intramuscular immune cell populations, as well as direct comparison of tumor-free, untreated and anti-PD-1-treated mice.
