We further examined the expression of biomarkers for cardiac function, finding that the expression of natriuretic peptide A (Anp), natriuretic peptide B (Bnp), and beta-myosin heavy polypeptide cardiac muscle (β-Mhc) was reduced after being treated with dioscin in MI/R injury hearts compared to the MI/R group (Figures 2(d)–2(f)).
