Moreover, Clostridium cocleatum and Clostridium ramosume were differentially correlated with the obesity indexes; Clostridium cocleatum was closely associated with body and fat weights, adipocyte size, BF, HOMA-IR, glucose and insulin, while Clostridium ramosume was correlated with Tcho, CBF and cecum weight. Here, INS is linked to obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
