Besides, the results of qPCR and Western blot indicated that N-cadherin, vimentin, Snail, and aSMA were increased after IPO7 overexpression, whereas the expression of E-cadherin was repressed by IPO7, suggesting that IPO7 promoted the epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) of pancreatic cancer cells (Figures 4C–F).
